- Revamped production for YI including implementing pre-production processes, production best practices, and post management.
- Produced and directed dozens of productions.
- Wrote operations manual for successful, streamlined productions.
- Developed dozens of curated, bespoke content plans to fit into a broad, existing library of content.
- Created hundreds of pieces of content from yoga and meditation practice videos to promos to IG reels to interviews to photo libraries.
- Trained staff for on-set productions, equipment operations, data management, talent relationships, and publishing strategy.
- Consulted on talent, staffing needs, brand, and content strategy.
